Our Community Living Supports program helps children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence and confidence in daily life. Support can take place at home or in the community and is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. From learning everyday skills to engaging in social and recreational activities, we provide flexible, person-centered care that grows with the individual. Families can count on trusted staff who bring consistency, compassion, and respect.

Led by our director, Neva Donaldson - an experienced professional and mother of a child with autism, our consulting services combine expertise with lived understanding. Neva helps families navigate systems, build individualized care plans, and find effective strategies for managing daily challenges. She also partners with providers to launch and strengthen programs, offering guidance on licensing, compliance, and sustainable operations. With practical insights and personal empathy, our consulting ensures that both families and providers feel equipped and supported.
